The Legend of Sleepy Hollow

An eery quiet fell upon Moreton Hall last week as the chapel was turned into the small north American village known as Sleepy Hollow for the senior drama production.  Fantastic performances from the whole cast told the story of Ichabod Crane in this comical ghost story set in a village that thrives on stories of the supernatural.  The cast were brilliant and only enhanced by amazing costumes and special effects and a magnificent set (thank you Mrs. Grant and Dr. Forte). Praise must got to Jay, Kit, Ciara and Emma for all learning two parts each and playing each part just as brilliantly on alternate nights, and to Ben, who was an excellent headless horseman and managed to convey boundless quantities of menace merely by being present.  Thank you to Miss Green for her vision and hard work in putting together suck a memorable play.
